21st Century Fox Loss Shrinks After Split

Disney 3Q Rev Up, Net Income Nearly Flat
The Walt Disney Co. said Tuesday that it earned $1.85 billion, or $1.01 per share, in the fiscal third quarter. That compares with $1.83 billion, or $1.01 per share, a year earlier. Shareholders approve Fisher sale
Despite some eleventh hour rumblings by a handful of stock owners that a $41 per share offer for Fisher Communications wasn’t enough, the company’s shareholders today approved a $373.3 million sale of the company to Sinclair Broadcast Group. [INSIDE RADIO]
