WAVE, WNDY to continue carrying network geared toward African-Americans
TVNewsCheck reported Monday that Bounce TV, the fledgling digital network geared toward African-American viewers, is getting its first renewals with station groups after not quite 2 years on the air.
Raycom Media has extended its affiliation agreement for a number of stations, including WAVE 3 in Louisville. (The company does not offer the network on either 14WFIE in Evansville or KFVS12 in Cape Girardeau. -Ed.)
LIN has also re-upped its agreement for several stations, including WNDY (Marion/Indianapolis).
According to the network, Bounce can now be seen in 88% of African-American TV homes and 70% of the U.S. as a whole.
