What's Indecent? The NAB Wants To Know!
As the FCC has consistently demonstrated vague interpretations of what is and isn't indecent, and no clear vision on enforcing existing laws, the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) has submitted a 42-page document to The Commission standing up for broadcasters and asking for clarity on the indecency rule and more timely and transparent responses when dealing with indecency complaints. Seven More Lawmakers Sign Radio Bill
The NAB keeps working Washington for the radio industry. Another seven names have been convinced to sign a resolution that opposes "any new performance fee, tax, royalty, or other charge" on local broadcast radio stations. The Local Radio Freedom Act is now currently co-sponsored by 139 Members of the House and 11 Senators. [Radio Ink]

Fox May Stream Super Bowl On Authenticated Basis
The past two Super Bowls have been streamed free online, but Fox may offer a type of paywall come February. The network is considering offering next year’s big game on an authenticated basis, according to Randy Freer, co-COO of the Fox Sports Media Group. [MediaPost]

Sean Combs' Revolt TV Gets Time Warner Cable Clearance
Sean "P. Diddy" Combs reportedly has a deal in place with Time Warner Cable to clear his yet-to-launch channel, Revolt TV. TWC will offer the channel to an undisclosed number of its 12 million subscribers. [All Access]

FX Picks Up 10/90 Kelsey Grammer-Martin Lawrence Comedy From Debmar-Mercury
FX is quickly turning into the exclusive network partner of Lionsgate for its 10-90 sitcoms. The cable network has picked up a third series from Lionsgate’s Debmar-Mercury and Lionsgate TV, a buddy comedy starring Kelsey Grammer and Martin Lawrence. [Deadline]

Masterpiece To Co-Produce ITV Medical Drama ‘Breathless’
Masterpiece is re-teaming with ITV Studios to co-produce Breathless, the upcoming six-part drama about a group of doctors and nurses working in a London hospital in the 1960s. Jack Davenport leads an ensemble cast that includes Game Of Thrones‘ Iain Glen, Downton Abbey‘s Zoe Boyle and Natasha Little (Kidnap And Ransom). [Deadline]

ABC Sending 'Nightline' Anchor Moran To London
ABC News "Nightline" anchor Terry Moran is getting a new posting as the network's London-based chief foreign correspondent. Moran will head overseas late this summer, ABC said Wednesday. Moran was ABC's chief White House correspondent from 1999 to 2005 and has done many overseas and domestic stories for "Nightline," most recently from Syria. [AP/TVNewsCheck]
